Hospice Savannah, Inc. provides services to a five-county area in southeast Georgia including Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, and Long. Communities covered include Ellabell, Pembroke, Richmond Hill, Midway, Savannah, Tybee, Pooler, Bloomingdale, Thunderbolt, Garden City, Port Wentworth, Rincon, Guyton, Clyo, Springfield, Hinesville, Ludowici and surrounding communities. Our healthcare services are delivered to patients in their homes, in residential facilities such as assisted living and nursing homes and in our 28 bed inpatient Hospice House. The cost for most of our core hospice services is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and by other insurance. However, in order to provide additional crucial services, we rely on community support.
