Children/Youth Grief 101: A seven-week structured educational/support group for children ages 6-17. Offers support and coping tools, utilizing play and activity in learning to live with loss. Meets Tuesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Call 912.303.9442 to register for next session which begins on March 4, 2014. Registration is requested.

Life 201 - Seven-week adult support group for those who have completed Grief 101. Specific grief issues are addressed by specialists in the field. Topics include: "Behind the Mask" - Our Public and Private Grief Personnas; "The Spiritual Dimensions of Grief"; "The Mind-Body Grief Connection"; "Journaling for Your Life"; "Laughter Yoga"; "Reinvesting in Relationships"; "Mapping the Future - Values Clarification". Will meet on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Call 912.303.9442 to register for next session. Registration is required. The next session begins January 9, 2014.
Survivors of Suicide Support Group: A support group for those whose loved ones have died by suicide. Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at Full Circle from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Spouse/Life Partner Support Group: Open support group for adults whose spouses or life partners have died. Meets Thursday mornings from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Parent Infant Loss Support Group: An open support group for parents who have experienced the loss of a child from 0-2 years. Meets the first Tuesday of each month at 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m.
Compassionate Friends Support Group: A peer-led adult support group for those who have had children of any age die. Meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at Full Circle from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Mark and Debbie Rambis, facilitators.
“Life Goes On” Grief Support Network - An open group that incorporates social activity with grief adjustment, geared to those who are farther along in their journey and ready to reinvest in broader social connections. Meets Thursday afternoons from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Bereavement Yoga - Restorative (Mat) Yoga is offered on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Hospice House. Chair Yoga is offered on Thursday mornings from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Full Circle.
"Camp Aloha" Children's Grief Camp - A weekend camp held the first weekend in May of every year, designed to help children ages 6 through 17 deal with loss. Our next camp will be May 2-4, 2014. Registration is required.
Full Circle also has an office in Effingham County. Bereavement Counselor, Barbara Moss, MSW, holds office hours each Monday and Tuesday at the United Way's Effingham Service Center, located at 711 Zitterour Drive in Rincon. To schedule an appointment, call Barbara directly at 912-629-1089.
