Don Kole, a businessman and philanthropist, has been a cornerstone of Savannah’s growth and prosperity. Founded by members of our community, Hospice Savannah helps people live. We know that we must continue to provide upstream services to meet the needs of our community and help them to both live comfortably and age in place. The Life Together initiative provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact right here in our community.
