Tree of Light: Remember Your Loved Ones

Plan to join us as our Full Circle Grief & Loss Center grief counselors provide rituals, music, and healing tools to comfort you and your loved ones. Tree of Light supports anyone in the community dealing with the death of a loved one, from any illness or cause, even those who weren’t Hospice Savannah patients.

 All donors receive a commemorative ornament and donors who make gifts of $1,000 or above will be contacted by the Foundation to place a brass leaf on the Tree of Remembrance at the Hospice In-Patient Unit or at the Demere Center for Living.
