How fitting on the week of Valentine’s, I am filled with pride and admiration for our wonderful employees and volunteers!
A surveyor from The Joint Commission spent four days with us last week and I am happy to say she was very impressed by the care and compassion we provide to patients and their caregivers. Her visit helped renew my passion for our mission and to reinforce my confidence that we are a quality hospice, always striving to provide the best care possible. A warm thanks to everyone who spent time with her.
And a warm thanks to Hospice Inpatient Unit (HIPU) volunteers LaShea Henry and Annette Mitchell (R), members of the service organization, Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., and to the Top Teens of America, who brought wreaths of hearts and love to decorate the rooms at Hospice Inpatient Unit (HIPU) for Valentines Day!!!
