Life 201

Life 201 is a 7-week group for individuals who have taken our Grief 101 group or are at least 1 year out from the death of their loved one. Registration is required, and group participants do have to join in the 1st or 2nd week. Life 201 will discuss next steps, explore self-discovery following the death of a loved one, address various aspects of life now, and learn new ways to heal.
