Spirituality & Grief

Spirituality & Grief is a 4-week course for adults who are one year out from the loss of their loved one. Designed around the experience of spirituality in grief, this group’s spiritual approach is inter-religious, inter-faith, and inter-path. This group will explore grief tools, practices and utilize creative processes with a spiritual framework for the grief journey.
