Holidays and special days, such as birthdays and anniversaries, can be an emotional minefield for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. This is especially true for those whose loss is more recent. The holidays do not necessarily have to be entirely sad. The following seminars, offered by my our Full Circle bereavement counselors, will offer you practical help in coping with your grief during this time. No registration is needed.

The community-wide memorial gathering and candle lighting, our 24th Annual Tree of Light ceremony,will be held on Sunday, December 6 at 5:15 pm. at Full Circle, 6000 Business Center Drive.
