Hospice Savannah invites you to read our 2023 Annual Gratitude Report. Our leadership and staff are grateful to our generous donors and to the community as a whole for their continued support.  This report celebrates the many lives touched by Hospice Savannah, Edel Caregiver Institute, the Full Circle Grief & Loss Center, The Steward Center for Palliative Care, and the Hospice Savannah Foundation.

Thank you so much for your dedication to Hospice Savannah and to ensuring that everyone in our four-county area who needs quality end-of-life services has the opportunity to receive them for over 45 years!

The videos below were shown at our Annual Meeting, as testimonials to the extraordinary care experienced by Hospice Savannah patients. From left to right: Mr Walker plays a song for his admissions nurse. He passed under our services just two weeks later.  Ms. Paula speaks about the quality of care she received upon her introduction to hospice services. And finally, occupational therapist Mandie Huggins talks about the success of the CAPABLE program in providing adaptive equipment and therapy for Ms. Gwen, one of the program’s first patients.
